The company "Assorti Verem" began its activities in 2007. Initially, with only 1 small branch on Abashidze Street, which soon began to expand, the reason is the excellent assortment, hot and cold dishes, distinctive sweets and most importantly, the unforgettable crispy Napoleon, which soon fell in love with the consumer. Napoleon was followed by an unforgettable Paska - and so the consumer began to discover his own unique, nostalgic taste. Today, the company continues to work with eight cafes and one centralized enterprise. Of the more than 250 employees, most are veteran employees who have been doing their favorite work in the company since its founding. The main goal of the company is to constantly search for new things and offer new products. Assorti's large team creates both an excellent assortment and distinctively designed wedding or holiday cakes. Every year, it sends employees to international master classes and invites them to Confectioners... This time, the main goal is to open a confectionery school and share knowledge with those who want to. Also, in 2022, it is planned to open two branches, and to offer more than 20 new products to customers. With the constant search for innovation, with the desire to constantly progress, Assort has not lost its leadership in the Georgian market for more than 15 years.
